Gnome Achievement Unlocked!

Author: SmellyGeekBoy | Date: December 6, 2007

That’s right, dear TTB readers - what you see above is your very own Geekboy putting the finishing touches to what is possibly achievement of the year. After hours of precarious gnome positioning, saving, loading, blood, sweat, virtual tears, careful driving, and of course plenty of dodgy looks from NPCs, the gnome has finally been despatched on his intergalactic mission. Lamarr the headcrab also decided to join him for the ride - I guess that means that at least Mr. Gnome (or “Norm”, as I called him) won’t be lonely, wherever it is that he’s going.

Yep, I have finally joined the brave few who have conquered the “Little Rocket Man” achievement. It’s easily the most painful, pointless, and downright stupid way to get your hands on a measly 30G, but I’d highly recommend it to anyone just for the hilarity of it all.

Sorry about the quality, but I didn’t have time to set up the tripod in all the excitement!

Congrats. I’ll eventually get around to doing this as soon as I can put CoD4 and Mass Effect down.
