Introducing The Clickless Interface
Author: Rees | Date: May 6, 2008
Ever since computers have had mouses (or mice, depending on who you ask and how silly they are) people have gotten used to the idea of clicking. Clicking on icons, clicking on hyperlinks, clicking on whatever, just to get anywhere in life. Well, it’s time to throw all those preconceived idea sout of the window, as dontclick.it is an idea for a clickless interface that works surprisingly well. Just try to navigate the site without clicking – it’s hard to resist all those years of conditioning at first!
As a web developer it’s also of great interest to me as a really sweet looking site that works incredibly well. For everyone else it’s a great concept and a lot of fun, and full of strange humour like the image you see above. Give it a go – just remember not to click!

Well I never. It works, it genuinely works, properly and very well.
I’m quite surprised, I thought there’d be an element of clicking somewhere, but no, there isn’t.
I am impressed! See how I wear my Hat of Impressedness? A true sign of being impressed.
