How Your Old Themes Will Work With the New Dashboard

If you, like me, were wondering what was going to happen to all your old themes and gamerpictures when the new Xbox 360 dashboard releases later this year, then one of your questions has been answered. The Xbox 360 design team sent the above mock up to Gamerscoreblog.com to show how your old themes will be displayed after the update, and I must say it looks pretty good! I think it removes some of the Wii-like feel that the new dash originally had.

Still no word on the gamerpics though, but the rumours doing the rounds are that you will be able to use them as decoration for your avatars t-shirts. Of course the new avatar is optional (but the new dash layout is not), so you can still just have your old gamerpic anyway.
