E3: More Details on EA MMA
Author: Vince | Date: June 4, 2009
EA have revealed more details on their upcoming MMA game due next year. So far the only real life MMA star to have been confirmed for the game is Frank Shamrock, who has apparently been involved with the game since late 2008. Also both Gina Carano and Randy Couture have appeared in EA games in the past, so it’d be a pretty safe bet that they will also be included, and according to Mixfight.ru Fedor Emelianenko and Gegard Mousasi are scheduled for a photo shoot with EA during their upcoming tour of the US, which can only realistically be for EA MMA.
EA are claiming that MMA will feature the most authentic, intense and broad mixed martial arts experience to date – complete with a vast array of top fighters and fighting styles from around the world.
EA MMA is under development at EA Tiburon studios and currently set for a 2010 release on PS3 & Xbox 360. You can keep up to date with the latest information on the games official website.
