Telltale will be giving away the critically acclaimed first episode of their Tales of Monkey Island series via their Play Like a Pirate website, read our sparkling review of Episode 1 if you are in any doubts about downloading it.  You will be able to redeem the free download from 12:01 am GMT, Sept. 19 (that’s 4:01 pm Sept 18 PST) until midnight PST, Sept. 19.

Lucasarts are also muscling in on the Monkey Island madness with a range of offers their revamped version of the original Secret of Monkey Island.
