Nintendo Delivers Virtual Console Double Whammy This Week
Author: Rees | Date: November 24, 2009It’s not often we report on the Wii’s Virtual Console here on TTB, but I pretty much had to when I saw the news. You see, this week, lucky Wii owners will be treated to the classic Super Mario Kart from the SNES, and the classic Boy and His Blob – Trouble on Blobolonia from the NES.
A Boy and His Blob is particularly interesting because of the recent Wii re-imagining, a fantastic game that we were very impressed with. Of course, any Mario Kart has got to be good, and the original SNES outing takes some beating even after the series of fantastic games that have followed it.
- Super Mario Kart (SNES) support 1-2 players and will sell for 800 points.
- A Boy and His Blob: Trouble on Blobolonia supports 1 player and will sell for 500 points.
Good times to be a Wii owner!
